This Corgi model represents a Hanomag Sdkfz 251, which first came into
operation with motorized infantry regiments as a troop transporter in 1939. It
remained active throughout WWII as the main German transportation vehicle
produced in 22 official versions.
This 251/1 had a crew of 7 and featured externally mounted racks for launching
heavy, close range rockets in street fighting. The frame over the body is a
radio antenna. Only one crew figure is included.
The original packaging is intact, and shows signs of the model having been
removed and repacked several times. All 12 rockets are in place in the
trailer. No visible signs of damage or use.
The model will be carefully packed and padded in a Medium Flat Rate USPS box
and shipped to any domestic location for a fixed $15.00
