Scale is 1:1250.  Made out of metal.  Check out the pics for more details on the condition.  Will be bubbled wrapped for shipping.  Buildings are made out of wood and look home made.  I think the ships are navis neptun since some of them are marked with a n underneath. 
From the top left to the right they are marked N 8 #5, n 3, n5 and it is a two piece, 1399 and the second row h n 9 6 2, n h7 7 8, and ft n 1399. The three over head cranes are metal.
