In the unlikely event an item is damaged or broken during transit, Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia will assist the customer in the Australia Post claim process as all items dispatched domestically include insurance up to
100AUD with the option of extra cover available. All damage must be reported within forty-eight hours of receipt of goods from Australia Post. All return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer / buyer.

Scratches, and defects that cannot be observed by the naked eye,
Loose undercarriage, antennas, wings, elevators, tail planes and aircraft balance issues.
