Oliver Drag Disk by Slick, INCOMPLETE.  1/16 scale, MISSING back 2 rows of disks.  Pressed steel (not diecast).  Adjusting handle works, very little rust, Oliver decal needs to be replaced.  Buying AS-IS.  What you see is what you get.
