The gentleman I got this from said it had never been removed from the box. When you tilt the box, I can hear something loose in there, it sounds like it's under the platform where the tank rests, so I don't think it's a part of that, possibly a soldier? I didn't want to break the tape seal and open the box to find out. The plastic "window" shows some wear is all I found wrong. We only ship to the continental United States. U.S. buyer to pay shipping.
