Vintage Huge Lot of Mattel Hot Wheels of 40 Diecast 1998-99 1/64 Cars NEW, never opened or played with.
Most of the Gift Packs card have some heavy wear including some edge tears, stains on the back, etc.  Some of the single cards have yellowing on the bubble or some bubble dents.  All cars are brand new, never taken out of packages.
