W. Robinson & Son (Tours) Ltd of Great Harwood, Blackburn commenced trading in 1923, and in 1998 celebrated their 75th anniversary.
Their main operation throughout this time has been to service their own hotels and other UK and Continental destinations.  Their original green and black livery was well known by other operators and a familiar sight on the motorways of Great Britain and Europe (as represented in OOC Van Hool Alizee). However in 1995 a decision was made to modernize the image, and the new lighter green livery with the big yellow 'R' was born.
This great looking, hard to find 1:76 model, made in 2000, comes with a  numbered Limited Edition Certificate Card in a plastic display case that is still sealed.  Please also check out the other UK OOC bus models on my eBay listing.
All my models are kept in a smoke-free and pet-free home.  This model has never been out of the box since I bought it except for taking the pictures.  It would make a great addition to your diecast bus/OOC model collection!
