The last batch of double-deck buses that are characterized by their front-located engine and have ever run in large scale in Hong Kong should be Victory II.  Its golden era dated back 1960s and 1970s when the major bus operators relied on them to cover majority of the urban areas, the New Territories and the Lantau.  However, it retired gradually since the 1990s and Hong Kong people can rarely find any on the roads now, except the unique appearance and the noisy engine that remain in their mind.
This sharp looking, hard to find 1:76 model, made in 1999, comes with a  numbered Limited Edition Certificate Card, and a Mini Photo Gallery of Victory II Hong Kong Buses in a plastic display case and CSM paper sleeve.  The plastic case has a crack at one of the corners (see last pic above)  Please also check out the other Hong Kong bus models on my eBay listing.
All my models are kept in a smoke-free and pet-free home.  This model has never been out of the box since I bought it except for taking the pictures.  It would make a great addition to your diecast bus/Hong Kong NLB model collection!
